• No significant style changes are allowed once your appointment is booked. Any small changes have to be changed at least 1 week prior to your appointment.

• Style cannot be changed when booking a cancellation or squeeze in appointment.

• I welcome clients aged 16 and above.

• All braid styles include hair, ensuring a minimum length of 4 inches all around. If you're uncertain, feel free to share pictures,

• Prior to your appointment, kindly ensure your hair is freshly washed, free from any products, and blown out straight. It's acceptable to use a light heat protectant or a small amount of light oil during the blowout.

• Please note that a reschedule may be necessary if your hair is dirty, excessively greasy, or laden with heavy oils. Thank you for your understanding."

Please note: While I will put forth my utmost effort to deliver exceptional results, it's important to have realistic expectations for your hair outcome. Variations in head shape, hair density, thickness, forehead size, and length contribute to unique individual looks, making it unlikely for your hair to mirror someone else's precisely.

Kindly arrive promptly at the scheduled time, ensuring punctuality. However, I kindly request that you refrain from arriving more than 5 minutes ahead of the designated start time. Your cooperation in adhering to this timeframe is greatly appreciated.

• 10 min+ late = $10 fee

• 15 mins late = $25 fee

• 20 mins late = Subject to cancellation. If i do allow the appt the late fee can be up to $50

A non-refundable deposit of $25 or $50 is required to secure your appointment.

For Small Small knotless services, a $100 deposit is applicable.

In the event of a cancellation, you are entitled to one reschedule within the same month of the original booking. Deposits do not carry over from month to month, and they are non-transferable between individuals. Please be vigilant about monitoring cancellations and remember that a minimum 48-hour notice is required for rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which cannot be transferred to another appointment. Cancellations must be done at least 24hrs before your appointment. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment cost.
